Jonas Wagner

Born and raised in Long Island, New York I, along with my wife and children, are deeply rooted in the community. With over a decade of experience in real estate and additional experience as a tax accountant for a “Big Four” accounting firm and real estate investor, I am a dominant force in the real estate world, with my finger on its pulse. As one of the area’s preeminent Brokers, and owner of Long Island’s Finest Homes, I hold the highly sought after NAR real estate designations of CRS, E-Pro, AHWD, SFR and CBR.

I take the greatest of pride serving all my client’s residential real estate needs from representing tenants while they are negotiating residential leases to guiding first time home buyers through the complex world of property sales to fighting to get my buyers the best prices and terms to expertly managing properties and leasing for landlords. I am dedicated to making your real estate transactions as seamless and easy as possible, thus I also hold a NYS notary public license for your convenience. I truly believe that maintaining strong relationships with my clients and peers has been to key to my success, and the reason I won the 2015 LIBOR 'Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars' award. 

 When not assisting clients I can be found serving my community as the 2017-2018 MLS Zone 20 Huntington Township Chairperson.
